# Brown Note Experience Radio Show – Guest Policy Thank you for booking an appearance on the Brown Note Experience Radio Show. By scheduling your interview, you agree to the following: **Booking** * All bookings are final. **No refunds.** * Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice and is subject to availability. * No-shows may affect future booking eligibility. **Pre-Show Requirements** * All required forms, bios, photos, discussion topics, and promotional materials must be submitted **at least 48 hours before your show.** * Late submissions may not be included. Brown Note Experience is not responsible for errors, omissions, or production issues caused by missing or late information. **Arrival** * **In-studio guests:** Arrive **30 minutes before airtime** for check-in and pre-show preparation. * **Phone guests:** Complete a **test call at least 10 minutes before airtime** and be in a quiet location with a reliable connection. **During the Show** * Silence phones unless they are being used for approved live streaming or reference materials. * Treat hosts, callers, staff, sponsors, and fellow guests with courtesy and professionalism. * The host may redirect conversations or end an interview if necessary. **Dress Code** In-studio guests should wear clean, professional, or business-casual attire. Because the show may be photographed, livestreamed, or recorded for social media and marketing, guests should avoid clothing with offensive language, explicit graphics, or inappropriate images. Business-branded apparel is welcome. **Recording** Your appearance may be recorded, photographed, livestreamed, edited, rebroadcast, and used on radio, podcasts, websites, social media, and promotional materials. By participating, you grant Brown Note Experience Radio Show permission to use your name, image, voice, and interview content for these purposes without additional compensation. **Scheduling** Brown Note Experience Radio Show reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appearances due to programming, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. By booking your appearance, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
